1. Seller

Admezo (https://admezo.com) is operated by Laïla Benbouja EI (sole proprietorship), registered in France (SIRET 879 530 434 00023). Contact: contact@admezo.com.

2. The service

Admezo sells access to an online practice tool for the FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot knowledge test (Unmanned Aircraft General – Small): practice questions with explanations, timed mock exams and a progress dashboard. It is digital content supplied without any physical medium.

Admezo is an independent study tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) or by PSI Services. It is not a flight training course, does not register you for the knowledge test, and does not guarantee that you will pass it, except under the pass guarantee described in section 7.

3. Price

Full access costs $39 (US dollars), paid once. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal. The price shown at the time of your order applies. 20 questions are available for free, without an account or payment, so you can try the service before buying.

4. Order and payment

You order online: you create your account with a sign-in link sent by email, then pay once by card through our payment provider Stripe. Your card details never pass through our servers. Your order is confirmed by email.

5. Access

Access starts as soon as your payment is confirmed and is granted for life, meaning for as long as Admezo operates the service. If we ever discontinue the service, we will give you at least 60 days' notice by email. Access is personal, tied to your account email address, and may not be shared or resold. You can use it on all your devices.

6. Immediate access and refunds

Before paying, you check a box asking for immediate access to the digital content. If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you thereby acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once access begins.

Except under the pass guarantee (section 7) or where applicable law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable once access has been provided. If something isn't working for you, write to contact@admezo.com: we answer within 14 days.

7. Pass guarantee

Pass guarantee: full refund if you fail the FAA exam after scoring 85%+ on three mock exams. To be eligible, all of the following conditions must be met:

1. You bought full access to Admezo before taking the FAA Remote Pilot (UAG) initial knowledge test.
2. Before your test date, you completed at least 3 full Admezo mock exams (60 questions each) while signed in to your account, each with a score of 85% or higher. Only mock exams recorded in your account count.
3. You took the FAA knowledge test within 90 days after your third qualifying mock exam, and you did not pass it.
4. Within 30 days after your test date, you email contact@admezo.com from your account email address with a copy of your Airman Knowledge Test Report (AKTR) showing the non-passing result and the test date.

If your request meets these conditions, we refund the full amount you paid to your original payment method within 14 days, and your access is then closed. The guarantee applies once per customer. It does not apply to recurrent training or to the Part 61 online course (which have no knowledge test), nor in case of account sharing, automated answering or tampering with mock exam results.

8. Content and availability

We work to keep the service available and the questions accurate. Answers are based on the rules and FAA guidance in force when they were written or last checked (14 CFR Parts 107, 89 and 48, Advisory Circular 107-2A, the Airman Certification Standards and FAA handbooks). Only official FAA publications are authoritative. A "Report" button lets you flag any mistake. We are not liable for later regulatory changes, temporary unavailability, or your result on the knowledge test, except as stated in section 7.

9. Intellectual property

Questions, explanations, mock exams and the interface are protected by copyright. Your access gives you a personal, non-transferable right of use; any copying, extraction or redistribution without permission is prohibited.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law, without depriving consumers of the mandatory protections of the law of their country or state of residence. Please contact us first at contact@admezo.com so we can try to resolve any issue amicably.
