Privacy Policy

Who we are

Admezo is operated by Laïla Benbouja EI (sole proprietorship), France, which is responsible for the processing described here. Contact: contact@admezo.com.

What we collect and why

  • Email address: to create your account, send your sign-in link and code, and confirm your order.
  • Payment data: handled entirely by Stripe. We only keep the transaction ID, amount, currency and date.
  • Progress: questions answered, scores and mock exam results, linked to your account. Mock exam results are also used to check the pass guarantee conditions. Without an account, progress stays in your browser's local storage and is not sent to us.
  • Error reports: the text of your report and, if you are signed in, your account ID.
  • Technical logs: IP address and requests, kept briefly by our host for security.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, our legal bases are the performance of our contract with you (account, access, guarantee), our legal obligations (accounting) and our legitimate interest (security, fixing content).

Cookies and analytics

Admezo shows no ads and uses no advertising trackers. We only use strictly necessary cookies: the session cookie that keeps you signed in, and a technical cookie that counts your 20 free questions. Audience measurement uses Vercel Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and keeps no persistent identifier: it only counts page views in aggregate.

Service providers

  • Vercel Inc. (United States) — hosting and cookieless analytics.
  • Supabase Inc. — database and authentication, data hosted in the European Union (Paris, France).
  • Stripe — card payments.
  • Resend, Inc. (United States) — transactional emails (sign-in links, order confirmation).

We never sell or rent your personal information, and we do not "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Transfers outside the European Union are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework where applicable.

How long we keep data

Account and progress: while your access lasts, then up to 3 years after your last sign-in unless you ask us to delete them earlier. Billing records: 10 years (legal requirement). Error reports: until handled, then 1 year.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to or restrict its processing. Residents of US states with privacy laws (such as California) have similar rights to know, delete and correct their personal information, and we will not discriminate against you for using them. Write to contact@admezo.com from your account email; we reply within 30 days. EU residents may also complain to their data protection authority (in France, the CNIL).

Children

Admezo is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. The FAA knowledge test itself requires applicants to be at least 14.

Security

Encrypted connections (HTTPS), passwordless sign-in with one-time links and codes, per-user data isolation in the database (row-level security), and no card data ever stored by Admezo.
