  1. 1 / 3IMultiple choiceI. Regulations — A. General

Under 14 CFR 107.7, what may the FAA require of a remote PIC upon request?

    • Submitting a monthly log of every flight flown under Part 107
    • Installing a flight data recorder on each aircraft that is flown
    • Making the small UAS available for inspection or testing (correct answer)

    Correct answer: C

On request, the remote PIC must allow the FAA to test or inspect the small UAS, the crew, and required records to determine compliance (14 CFR 107.7). Part 107 has no monthly flight-log submission.

  3. 3 / 3IMultiple choiceI. Regulations — E. Operations Over People

My certificated Category 4 drone has a Flight Manual that prohibits flight over people. Which statement is correct?

    • I may fly over people if the drone carries Remote ID
    • I may not fly it over people under Category 4 (correct answer)
    • I may fly over people after relabeling it Category 3

    Correct answer: B

How to prepare for Regulations

Study tips, not a promise: Admezo doesn't guarantee a result beyond its pass guarantee.

  • Memorize the numbers, then the exceptions

400 ft, 87 knots, 3 SM, 500/2,000 ft, 10 days, 24 months, 8 hours, 0.04%: most Regulations questions test a number. Then learn what changes them — the 400-ft structure exception, waivers, emergencies.

  • Know what can and can't be waived

Section 107.205 lists the waivable rules (VLOS, night lighting, operations over people, airspace, operating limits…). Alcohol, hazardous materials and certification requirements are not on the list.

  • Don't study outdated rules

Remote ID has been enforced since March 16, 2024, and the falsification rules moved from §107.5 to 14 CFR Part 3 on November 3, 2025. Older prep material can cost you points.
